Access your water consumption online

Your meter is remotely read by Dansk Fjernaflæsning. In this regard, you as an end user have the opportunity to access your consumption data. Access starts here: app.utiliread.com

You can either access the site from PC/Mac or via tablet or smartphone. The first time the site is visited, you can choose whether you want to install the site as an App. To get started viewing your consumption, you must go through the following procedure, which requires physical access to the meter for the first time:

1. You will be asked to log in. Here you can choose to use a Facebook or Google account, or you can create your own login with an email address as your username.

2. Access to the meter associated with your consumption point must now be set up. This is done by clicking “Associate”, after which you will be asked for the meter number and current display; e.g. for the meter in the picture below:

3. Click “Add consumption location” and you will now have access to your current and historical consumption.

When you subsequently use the access, you can simply log in – your consumption will now be displayed without you having to go through this procedure again. If we are responsible for reading multiple meters at the point of consumption, you will also be able to see the consumption for these meters.

Your meter is continuously monitored at the plant to ensure optimal utilization of your water consumption.

We may receive alarms from all remotely read meters, so it is important that we have updated contact information at the consumption location so that we can reach you if a leak, operational disruption or other irregularities occur.
