We have now completed the meter replacement, and all consumers have the opportunity to track their water consumption via the UtiliRead app, which can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play. In the event of a breakdown or operational disruption, we will contact you via the information registered in our remote reading system. Only addresses affected by operational disruptions will receive notifications. Planned operational disruptions are notified via e-mail, while unexpected disruptions are reported both via e-mail and SMS.
